Welcome to the new graphicscove blog. It’s been a long time since I last used this website for a blog, over the last 3 years I used the site mainly to focus on showcasing work. During this time I have worked as a freelancer and at a few digital agencies (Check out the about page to see where!) where I have learned a lot about design, development and business. I thought this would be a great place to write about my experiences and insights.

What to expect

In this blog I’ll be writing about tips and tricks through to personal projects I’ve been working on. I’m not going to guarantee a writing schedule as I know life and work can get in the way, however I will try my best to post on a regular basis.

In addition to this new blog I should mention that this website is also part of my playground. I have been busy implementing the latest accessibility rules and experimenting with a range of different layouts for some of the pages, hopefully this doesn’t lose people as they browse the site. My code is also thoroughly checked to ensure there are no errors on any of the pages, just as I would with a client site. As I continue to work on the web I’ll ensure my site follows best practices for design, development and content.
